Williamsfield home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Williamsfield fell by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 35%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 40.8% decrease over the $84,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Williamsfield in 2017.
