Henderson home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Henderson rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 - a 27% increase over the $57,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Henderson in 2017.

The median sales tax in Henderson for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,309, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for 2018.
