Knoxville home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Knoxville rose by $54,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 167.2% increase over the $32,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Knoxville in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
