Knoxville home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Knoxville rose by $28,450 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,950 - a 58.7% increase over the $48,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Knoxville in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
