Knoxville home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Knoxville fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $78,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Knoxville in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
