Knoxville home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Knoxville rose by $150,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 244.7% increase over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Knoxville in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
