Abingdon home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Abingdon fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,000 - a 11.9% decrease over the $42,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Abingdon in March 2017.
