Knoxville home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Knoxville fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Knoxville in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Knoxville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,706, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
