Abingdon home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Abingdon fell by $101,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,000 - a 77.8% decrease over the $130,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Abingdon in December 2016.
