Galesburg home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Galesburg rose by $3,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 40 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,250 - a 6.8% increase over the $55,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Galesburg in December 2016, as well.
