Williamsfield home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Williamsfield fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $87,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Williamsfield in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Williamsfield for 2017 was $1,297. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,372. This marks an decrease of 5.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
