Monmouth-Roseville High School issued the following announcement on April 23.
Members of Monmouth-Roseville High School's National Honor Society and Student Council and advisers Lannette Jennings and Sarah Hall spent the last afternoon of their Spring Break volunteering in honor of Earth Day! We began at Monmouth Park where in just an hour we were able to collect well over 10 bags of trash! Members then cleaned up the Monmouth Square and the lot around and in back of the new Casey's General Store where they collected another several bags of trash.
A big thank you to all that volunteered and to NHS President and Student Council Secretary, Rachel Williams, for organizing the event! #titannation
