Williamsfield home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Williamsfield rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 92% increase over the $44,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Williamsfield in 2016.
