Dahinda home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Dahinda rose by $170,750 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,750 - a 1313.5% increase over the $13,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dahinda in 2016.
