Abingdon home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Abingdon fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,500 - a 11.7% decrease over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Abingdon in the first quarter of 2017.
