A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for DeSutter was the only campaign committee in Altona that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Citizens for DeSutter has yet to pay was imposed on May 20, 2016, for a late A-1 report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,350.
