The campaign committee Citizens for DeSutter owes a $100 fine imposed on March 24, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $2,750 with Michael J. DeSutter listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show this is the only area campaign committee with pending fines.
