How did Donald L Moffitt spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Donald L Moffitt's election campaign committee, Citizens for Moffitt, spent $4,621 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Moffitt's committee spent the most on christmas cards in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,380) going to Flores Printers in Galesburg. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Moffitt's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
