How did Ray Cavanaugh spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Ray Cavanaugh's election campaign committee, Citizens to Elect Judge Ray Cavanaugh Circuit Judge, spent $15,094 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cavanaugh's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,140) going to Kellogg Printing in Monmouth. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cavanaugh's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
