Democratic Bill Butts's election campaign committee, People For Bill Butts For State Representative 74th District, spent $8,243 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Butts's committee spent the most on lawn signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Advertising Consultants in Oglesby. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Butts's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
