How did John Pepmeyer spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic John Pepmeyer's election campaign committee, Friends to Re-Elect John Pepmeyer, spent $9,893 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Pepmeyer's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,920) going to WGIL/WAAG Radio in Galesburg. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Pepmeyer's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
