ABINGDON UNITED METHODIST CHURCH: HeBrews Bible Study

Coffee(1000)

Abingdon United Methodist Church issued the following announcement on.

Make plans now to join in on a new 8-week Bible study that begins January 7. The study, which meets on Sunday mornings at 9:45 and is led by Holly Weidenhamer, is entitled "HeBrews a Better Blend."

The study captures elements from both the Old and New Testament but focuses largely on the book of Hebrews. One reviewer noted, "this study provides wonderful insights sure to spark small group conversations. Riddled with personal stories and lessons learned from a woman seeking hard after God, Leah Adams [the author] immediately connects with her students in a rich and ongoing dialog. Full of “ah-ha” moments, HeBrews connects the dots between old and new using a compare and contrast method of study."

Childcare is available via Nursery or Kid's Connection. You can register by calling/texting the church office at 309-462-3444, on Sundays at church, or online at www.abingdonumc.net/registration. A book will be needed for the study and the recommended donation is $12.
