Q2 real estate sales report: Oak Run

Median prices rose in Oak Run over last year, and are up 40.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 11 homes sold in Oak Run for a median price of $340,000. That's 69.2 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, 1 home in Oak Run was in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Oak Run was $90,625.50 in 2016 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 32.1 percent of their home's value in taxes.
