Q2 real estate sales report: Altona

Median prices rose in Altona over last year, and are up 108.1 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 2 homes sold in Altona for a median price of $92,500. That's 806.9 percent higher than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Altona.
