MONMOUTH COLLEGE: Because of winter storm warning, students may return to campus on Saturday

Monmouth College issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.

MONMOUTH, Ill. – Monmouth College students may return to campus a day early from Thanksgiving break.

Because of a winter storm warning issued by the National Weather Service, students may begin returning to campus on Saturday, November 24. Although students may return to a campus a day early, meals will not resume in the Stockdale Center until 5 p.m. Sunday, November 25.

Students should also be advised not to park on the City of Monmouth snow routes. The City of Monmouth has issued a “Snow Emergency” from noon-midnight Sunday, November 25. For more information about the city’s snow route, click here.
