Altona Lions Club issued the following announcement on Nov. 10.
Leo Club of Hobsons Bay President Kieren Azzopardi addressed the District V2 Convention in Hamilton today. We're very proud of Kieren not only because he is the State Leo of the Year but also because he is a great leader of his Leo Club.
