Copley Township Board of Trustee met Monday, Aug. 27.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Special meeting of the Board of Trustees at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss collective bargaining in the police department, personnel in the administration department and security of buildings.
Fiscal Officer Linda Peiffer was absent due to illness. Trustee Dressler appointed Township Administrator Janice Marshall as secretary pro-tem.
Trustee Dressler asked for a motion to enter executive session. Trustee Humphrys so moved, second by Trustee Koellner. Roll call: Trustee Dressler, Aye; Trustee Koellner, Aye; and Trustee Humphrys, Aye.
The session ended at 3:42 p.m. with a motion by Trustee Dressler, second by Trustee Koellner; the motion carried.
With no further business to come before the board, Trustee Koellner moved to adjourn at 3:43 p.m., second by Trustee Humphrys; the motion carried.
