Shelby Bowman, a former West Central High School star now with the Western Illinois Leathernecks, is set to participate in the NCAA Tournament.

The Leathernecks are seeded 13 and will face the fourth-seeded North Carolina Tar Heels in the opening round.

Their first matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 20, at 4:30 p.m. at the Dean E. Smith Center.
