Consider Approval of Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $17,500,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Series 2026, for the purposes of altering and reconstructing school buildings and purchasing and installing equipment therein for fire prevention and safety, energy conservation and school security purposes and refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual District Board Office, 809 E Main Street, Knoxville, IL 61448 tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
