The KCCDD Board of Directors is pleased to announce Pam Green as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer upon former CEO Mark Rudolph’s retirement.
Green received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and brings over 37 years of experience within the organization into her new role. She formerly served KCCDD as a QIDP, Assistant Director of Employment and Day Services, Director of Manufacturing, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer. She is also a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
“When I started on this journey, I would have never imagined that I would have developed such an amazing passion for the people we serve. That passion is what has kept me here and what motivates me every day,” says Green.
The KCCDD Board of Directors believes that Green will bring valuable insight as the organization looks to expand services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the near future. “We are encouraged by all of the experience that Pam will bring to lead us into the next cycle for KCCDD,” said Trent Cox, KCCDD Board President.

KCCDD has been serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Knox County area since 1956. Today, the organization offers day services, employment services, and respite services for over 300 individuals. The organization also operates Gordon Behrents Senior Center and Phoenix Industries.
