3. Call for Additions/Deletions to and Approval of the Agenda
Member Grigsby moved to approve the agenda with a second from Member Southwood. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all ayes.
4. Approval of Previous Minutes – October 1, 2024
Member Southwood moved to approve the minutes from October 1, 2024, with a second from Member Sloan. The motion was carried out by voice vote with all voting ayes.
5. Announcements, Communications and Correspondence – None

7. Claims/Financial Report
Member Southwood moved to approve the claims with a second from Member Grigsby. Motion carried by roll call vote (4-0)
8. Zoning Office Report
Zoning Officer Mayberry reported, that 6 violation letters were sent out with 4 being resolved. Renewal letters will be going out to holders of conditional use permits.
9. New Business
a. Discussion/Action: Resolution Amending the Percentage of Fees Allocated to Fund 080 – Zoning Vehicle Fund.
Member Grigsby moved to approve with a second from Member Southwood. Motion carried by voice vote with all ayes.
