Discussion/Action: Ordinance Amending the Fulton County Zoning Ordinance to move “Data Centers” from a “Permissive Use” in the Industrial (I) District to a “Conditional Use” in the Industrial (I) District. (CDZ Approved 1-6-26; ZBA Approved 1-28-26)

Discussion/Action: Ordinance Establishing a Temporary Moratorium on Data Centers and Commercial Crypto Mining Operations Permit Applications in Fulton County. (If approved, will go to ZBA Hearing on 2-25-2026)
