There were two gas stations in cities across Knox County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.88 per gallon in the week ending Oct. 5, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.
The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Knox County was $4.01 per gallon.
Of the 27 reported gas stations in cities within Knox County, five offer premium gas.
The average reported price of premium gas in Illinois was $4.56, compared to $4.55 the week before.
