2024: Monmouth-Roseville Community Unit School District 238 administrators rank 294th highest in state for average salary

Administrators in Monmouth-Roseville Community Unit School District 238 earn an average of $118,292 per year, ranking 294th highest in the state, according to the Illinois State Board of Education.

The average salary in the district in 2024 was 4.1% higher than in 2023 and 9.1% more than in 2022. District administrators made 0.9% less than the state average of $119,384.

Monmouth-Roseville Community Unit School District 238 enrolled 1,576 students in the 2023-24 school year. This means there was an average of 175 students for every administrator, compared to the statewide ratio of 135 to 1.
